These terms govern your use of Doodle Inventory, provided by DOODLESAVE INC ("we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
Early access
During early access, workspaces are created by invitation. Features may change as we learn from pilot customers. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect you.
Your account and workspace
- Keep your sign-in details safe; owners and managers must use two-factor sign-in.
- Owners are responsible for who they invite and the roles they give.
- You are responsible for having the right to store the information you put in, including recipients' personal information, and for telling recipients how it is used.
Your data
Your business owns its data. You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide and support the service, as described in our privacy policy. When you close your workspace we delete your data within 90 days, after giving you the chance to export it.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other businesses' data, no overloading or reverse-engineering, and no use that breaks the law (including anti-spam laws when contacting recipients).
Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Pilot pricing is set out in your pilot agreement. Text-message add-ons are charged per use.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service available and your data safe, with backups and monitoring, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time. We may suspend a workspace for unpaid fees or misuse, after notice where reasonable. Suspension never deletes data.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
